Highpointe Community Area

Situated on a hill overlooking the Hudson River in Troy, New York, Highpointe is a quiet residential community located off Route 40 in Rensselaer County.  The community is comprised of 126 townhouses as well as two condominium complexes.  When designing Highpointe, special attention was paid to provide recreational and green space for residents to enjoy the outdoors and appreciate the beauty of the area.

The beautiful and peaceful environs lend themselves to daily strolls or jogs through the neighborhood by residents and friends.  The Pond area is the hallmark of Highpointe.  It offers a picnic area, tennis courts, walking path and gazebos stragically located to view the picturesque pond.  It is a place used for family, friends and the community to gather during the summer, and Wednesday Evenings at the Pond have become a regular meeting time for many residents.  Throughout the year a variety of special activities and events are planned and enjoyed by homeowners.

The Highpointe Board, comprised of 7 members, works with a management group to ensure the community is well maintained.  The Board hopes that this website proves to be a useful communication tool for Highpointe homeowners.
